Introduction

This site is dedicated to the development of a idea that I had many years ago, Distributed Application Architecture, and finally had a little type to prototype into a working system.

Basically this is a distributed messaging bus that allows Agents Managers and Clients to communicate via TCPIP in a fault tolerant method. Originally I started thinking about this when I was teaching Novell Networking classes back around 1990, unfortunately due to a lack of time and skill nothing more happened with idea other then a lot of thought over the years. then sometime around 1999 I became involved in the SETI project and that raised my interest enough to look at the current tools available to me at that time, and guess what it was now possible to create a prototype using VB and Winsock. To make a long story short I took a week long vacation and wrote the system that you will see documented in the following pages.

The long term plan here is to attract interest of like minded people and share ideas and experience to make these type of systems more reliable, scalable, and efficient. We all have our dreams and one of mine has always to do something I find exciting, interesting, and to get paid to have fun, and to me this is very FUN.

I just wish I had more time to invest in this, but I have to make a living and in Tokyo that means working long hours, well I have to admit that I am a workaholic as well.
